5. Premium & Payment Terms
The premium charged by Jr’s Bail Bonds is established in accordance with California Department of Insurance regulations.

State-Regulated Rate: The standard premium rate in California is 10% of the total bail amount, as mandated by the California Department of Insurance.

Collateral: Jr’s Bail Bonds may require collateral (real property, vehicle titles, jewelry, or other assets) to secure high-value bonds. Collateral will be returned upon full exoneration of the bond and satisfaction of all outstanding financial obligations.
6. Indemnitor Responsibilities
By signing as an Indemnitor or Co-Signer, you accept the following legally binding obligations:
You guarantee that the Defendant will appear at all scheduled court dates without exception.
You agree to immediately notify Jr’s Bail Bonds at 1-888-577-2245 if the Defendant is planning to flee, has left the jurisdiction, or is otherwise in violation of bail conditions.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information on all documents submitted to Jr’s Bail Bonds. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate bond revocation and may expose you to criminal liability.
You accept full financial liability for the entire bond amount in the event of a forfeiture caused by the Defendant’s failure to appear.
You authorize Jr’s Bail Bonds to take all lawful actions necessary to locate, apprehend, and surrender the Defendant to the appropriate authority in the event of a court appearance failure.
You agree to notify Jr’s Bail Bonds of any change in the Defendant’s address, employment, phone number, or travel plans during the pendency of the bond.
7. Defendant Obligations
The Defendant released on a bond issued by Jr’s Bail Bonds agrees to:
Appear at every court hearing, arraignment, trial, and any other court-ordered date without exception.
Comply with all conditions of bail as set forth by the court, including travel restrictions, curfews, check-ins, or electronic monitoring.
Not leave the jurisdiction without prior written approval from both the court and Jr’s Bail Bonds.
Maintain consistent contact with Jr’s Bail Bonds and respond promptly to all inquiries.
Immediately inform Jr’s Bail Bonds by calling 1-888-577-2245 of any arrest, citation, or law enforcement contact occurring after release.
8. Bond Forfeiture & Surrender
Failure to comply with court-ordered appearance obligations will trigger the following process:
Upon the Defendant’s Failure to Appear (FTA) in court, the court will issue a bench warrant and begin forfeiture proceedings against the bond.
Jr’s Bail Bonds will make every effort to locate and return the Defendant to custody before the forfeiture becomes final.
The Indemnitor is financially responsible for the full bond amount if the Defendant cannot be located and the bond is forfeited.
Jr’s Bail Bonds reserves the right to surrender the Defendant to the appropriate authorities at any time if we have reasonable cause to believe bail conditions are being violated, the Defendant is a flight risk, or our financial exposure is at risk.
All costs incurred during the apprehension and surrender process — including investigator fees, travel, and legal costs — are the sole financial responsibility of the Indemnitor.
9. Collateral Terms & Release
Collateral pledged to Jr’s Bail Bonds will be held until the bond is fully exonerated by the court and all financial obligations under this Agreement are satisfied.
In the event of forfeiture, Jr’s Bail Bonds is authorized to liquidate collateral to recover losses, with any remaining balance returned to the Indemnitor after all debts are settled.
Collateral will not be released while any appeal, civil judgment, or outstanding payment obligation remains pending.
Jr’s Bail Bonds is not liable for depreciation or loss in value of collateral held during the bond period.
To inquire about collateral release, contact us directly at info@jrsbailbond.com or call 1-888-577-2245.
10. Cancellation & Bond Revocation
Jr’s Bail Bonds reserves the right to revoke or cancel any bail bond at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:
Discovery that the Indemnitor or Defendant provided false or misleading information
Reasonable belief that the Defendant is a flight risk or has violated bail conditions
Failure of the Indemnitor to meet payment plan obligations
Any action by the Defendant that increases our financial or legal risk
At the written request of the Indemnitor, provided the Defendant can be returned to custody
Upon revocation, the premium already paid is non-refundable, and the Defendant will be surrendered to the appropriate authority. The Indemnitor remains responsible for all outstanding fees or costs.
11. Limitation of Liability

Jr’s Bail Bonds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to our services.

Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
